Do you ship international?
Yes, Kulture will ship just about anywhere in the world. The shipping costs will vary by weight and size of your order. Shipping quotes can be obtained in checkout prior to commitment. International orders, along with all orders will be shipped in the order that they come in, on the next shipping day. Our shipping department is open weekdays, excluding holidays. We are currently using UPS and USPS for international shipping. All international orders are packed according to UPS/USPS standards. We then double boxed for added security. All orders shipped via UPS are insured. As for USPS, insurance is not available to many international localities. If we are able to insure though USPS, we do. All shipments using UPS will receive a tracking number. We are unable to track most international orders shipped via USPS. Due to international countries customs, duties, and the use of 3rd party shipping companies once outside of the USA we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any taxes, fees or tariffs are due upon receipt and will be collected by the shipping company. USPS does not charge a brokering fee for tariffs, so will save you a few bucks. Tariffs vary by country, but we find them to be around 5% of the value. We will not lessen the value of the products on the customs forms/documents.

Shipping to Canada
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Kulture does not ship to Pennsylvania or Iowa. All orders will be shipped in the order that they come in on the same or next shipping day. Our shipping department is open weekdays, excluding holidays. We want to make sure that you receive your order. It is our policy that all orders are sent insured with a signature required for release. Upon customer request we may exclude the signature requirement policy as long as the customer meets the requirements and is a repeat customer. This will be decided on a case by case basis but upon confirmation of delivery by the shipping company the customer is then responsible for all packages. We are currently using UPS for domestic shipping. Our pick up time is at 3PM. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee orders placed past 2PM will ship the same day. UPS's delivery and transit days are on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). We do not offer Saturday or Sunday UPS delivery. All domestic orders will receive a tracking number via email.

Damages
If your packages arrives damaged you must email sales@kultureva.com or call 888-smoke-03 within 24 hours of receipt. You will have to send the item back and we will refund you the shipping and send your replacement out once we receive the damaged item back.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Kultureva.com will assess an 18% restocking fee on any cancelled orders or returns. If you would like to return your order you must pay for shipping and return charges. If your product has been used or is not in original condition it is not returnable. Products can only be returned for store credit or credit to the card they were purchased on with 24 hours of shipping.
