El Hefe – Man VS Glass

Like any other day a shipment arrives, we all scurry through the sea of packing peanuts and tear away the bubble wrap searching for the next treasure. Today’s shipment brought forth the new works from glassblower El Hefe. As we all know the background bio, Hefe has been kicking out one of a kind pieces with the likes of SYN for some time now. That being said I’ll move forward on to what we got our hands on. We...

El Hefe All Black Dry and GonG Push Slides

I would have to say that today’s been kinda strange. Much of the day consisted of typical work related tasks, yet for some reason things seemed a bit “off.” One thing that did make everything balanced was the new shipment of SYN that just arrived. We re-uped on several SYN pipes and some ill new bowls. A staff favorite is this little guy. It’s a custom piece made by El Hefe and I feel it’s...

El Hefe Paddle Slides, Stones, Electroform Munitio...

EL Hefe might as well be on fire right now, his work is! Here’s a few items from El Hefe you may have seen around the internet. Most likely you’ve seen the electroform bullets. They’re Borosilicate glass and have a Full Metal Jacket! They function like a onie or taster, and yes you will still be smoking out of glass! Just the outside is metal. Also in are some of those stones from the fountain. He was...

EL Hefe x Dawnk x SYN Water Pipe

I think this is the first tube with a El Hefe section in it. SYN‘s label is on it. El Hefe made the sections and Dawnk put it together. Matching blue metal colored ice pinches and mouth set off the top of the tube. Move down to the first section. It’s a window section with a fire and ice theme. Hidden behind that is a 6 armed tree perc that was made in house, at SYN. There’s also a marble, martini slide,...

El Hefe Window Slides and Electroform Slides

Glassblower El Hefe continues to show us why he’s one of the rising stars of the glass pipe scene. We just got in a bunch of slides from him. Around 15 of them! Mostly windows and encasements. They all have an El Hefe etched signature or El Hefe milli marble. There were a few electroform slides too. Two of them had so much copper on them that it prohibited them from making a proper seal. Well those are going back, but...
